We view all our riders as individuals and as such all our stock geometries are unisex in design – offering 6 finely tuned stock sizes from 50cm to 60cm. All our models feature size specific tubing which ensures riders across the size range get a consistent ride feel, with optimised stiffness, comfort and weight saving.

Having a frame that fits you perfectly is a critical part of the process. We have over 20 years of bike fitting experience and data to call upon to ensure your riding position is absolute pinpoint. We offer fittings as part of the ordering process. You can book in herefor a fitting. No obligation.

Our 'Ready to Ride' models come in standard stock sizing and features, which restricts our ability to provide custom sizes for these models. Nevertheless, you can still elevate the look of your bike by selecting finish upgrades or incorporating a unique paint scheme.

When ordering a frame or bike directly through our website, we kindly ask for payment in full at the time of purchase. However, if you're interested in a custom build and prefer to discuss your options with us via phone, email, or during a visit to our showroom, we operate slightly differently. In these cases, we would ask for a deposit of £1000 for a full bike or £750 for a frameset to secure your order.

This deposit not only ensures your commitment to the build process but also allows us to begin sourcing the necessary components. Once your deposit is received, our team will work closely with you to finalize the details of your custom build, ensuring every aspect aligns perfectly with your preferences.

It's important to note that if you're planning to utilize a cycle scheme to cover the cost of your purchase, your deposit will be refunded once we've processed your voucher, typically upon the handover of your completed bike or frameset. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers while adhering to the requirements of cycle scheme providers.

We strive to have bikes ordered through the bike builder ready in under 2 weeks (subject to availability). If it's anticipated to take longer, we'll notify you promptly.

Custom builds, featuring upgraded finishes or personalized specifications, typically require more time, usually 3-4 weeks. For frames/bikes with paint, we generally allow approximately 60 days from the deposit date.

Upon completion of your new bike or frameset and its readiness for handover, we'll reach out to settle the outstanding balance. We happily accept all major debit/credit cards and work alongside prominent Ride to Work schemes, as outlined below. Please be aware that due to higher commission rates associated with certain schemes, a surcharge will apply. Moreover, we offer the convenience of financing through V12.
