Repair expertise

Titanium frame repairs & alignment

Crash damage or material failure does not always mean the end of the road for a titanium frame. Our technicians can repair many cracks, dents, alignment problems and other structural issues, restoring the frame’s strength and integrity to a high standard.

We work on Enigma and third-party titanium frames. Every case is assessed individually: not all repairs are possible or cost-effective, and we will give you an honest assessment before any work takes place.

  • Cracks, dents and localised structural damage
  • Frame alignment and condition assessment
  • Replacement titanium tubes, stays and dropouts
  • Repair-area brushing included with typical tube replacement work

For an initial assessment, send clear photographs, the frame make and model, and a description of the damage.

Custom titanium frame alterations

A carefully planned modification can make a significant difference to how a bicycle works for you. Our fully equipped workshop can add or alter selected features on any brand of titanium frame.

  • Additional bottle-cage bosses
  • Mudguard and carrier eyelets
  • Electronic shifting cable routing and multi ports
  • Brake, chain-stay and seat-stay bridges
  • S&S coupler conversions for travel
  • Selected stops, bosses and guides

Feasibility depends on the frame design, tube condition and the requested alteration. We will confirm what is practical after assessment.

Restore the finish

Titanium frame refurbishment

Titanium is exceptionally robust and corrosion resistant, but years of riding and exposure can leave a premium frame looking tired. Our workshop can refresh an Enigma or third-party titanium frame and return it to an as-new appearance.

  • Brushed and bead-blasted frame finishes
  • Mirror-polished details
  • Vinyl, bead-blasted, brushed or anodised logos
  • Custom logo design and panels
  • Paint, Cerakote and anodised finishes

Every titanium frame refurbishment includes an alignment and condition check before work begins. All work is completed at our Hailsham workshop from start to finish.

Common questions

Bicycle frame repair FAQ

Do you repair titanium frames from other manufacturers?

Yes. We assess and work on titanium frames from Enigma and other brands. The frame design, material condition and extent of damage determine whether a safe and cost-effective repair is possible.

Can every cracked or damaged titanium frame be repaired?

No. Many cracks, dents, alignment problems and damaged tubes can be addressed, but some repairs are not technically possible or economical. We provide an honest assessment before work begins.

What should I send for an initial assessment?

Please send clear photographs of the complete frame and damaged area, the make and model, and a description of what happened or what modification you need. We may request additional images before giving an initial view.

Does the frame need to be stripped?

A bare frame allows a complete workshop inspection and is normally required before final assessment and repair. We will confirm preparation and delivery requirements when discussing the job.

Can you refinish the whole frame after a repair?

Yes. Typical tube-replacement pricing includes a brushed finish to the repaired area. Whole-frame brushing, bead-blasting, logos, paint, Cerakote and anodised options are quoted separately.

Are the prices shown final quotations?

No. They are a guide and include VAT. Final costs depend on inspection, parts, labour, consumables and the selected finish. We confirm the quotation before approved work starts.
