Our range includes six finely tuned sizes, from 50cm to 60cm, each using size-specific tubing to ensure consistent ride quality across the board—delivering optimised stiffness, comfort, and weight savings regardless of frame size.

A properly fitting frame is essential to enjoying the ride. With over 20 years of bike fitting experience and an extensive database of fit data, we can help you achieve an ideal riding position. Our 'Ready to Ride' models are built using standard stock sizing and specifications, which means custom sizing isn’t available on these particular builds. However, you can still make your bike uniquely yours by choosing from our finish upgrades or adding a bespoke paint scheme.

We strive to have bikes ordered through the bike builder ready in under 2 weeks (subject to availability). If it's anticipated to take longer, we'll notify you promptly.

Custom builds, featuring upgraded finishes or personalised specifications, typically require more time, usually 3-4 weeks. For frames/bikes with paint, we generally allow approximately 60 days from the deposit date.

When your Enigma is complete and ready for handover, we’ll ask you to settle the remaining balance. We accept all major debit and credit cards and also work with the leading Ride to Work schemes, as outlined below. Please note that some schemes may carry a surcharge due to higher commission rates.

We normally ask for a £1,000 deposit on all bike orders and £500 for frame or frameset orders. This is deducted from your final balance once your order is ready.

To help streamline the process, we kindly ask that you confirm your preferred payment method—particularly if you plan to use a Ride to Work scheme—when placing your order. If you're covering the full amount via a scheme, your deposit will be refunded once we’ve processed your voucher, typically at the time of handover.
