We view all our riders as individuals and as such all our stock geometries are unisex in design – offering 6 finely tuned stock sizes from 50cm to 60cm. All our models feature size specific tubing which ensures riders across the size range get a consistent ride feel, with optimised stiffness, comfort and weight saving.

Having a frame that fits you perfectly is a critical part of the process. We have over 20 years of bike fitting experience and data to call upon to ensure your riding position is absolute pinpoint. We offer fittings as part of the ordering process. You can book in herefor a fitting. No obligation.

Our 'Ready to Ride' models come in standard stock sizing and features, which restricts our ability to provide custom sizes for these models. Nevertheless, you can still elevate the look of your bike by selecting finish upgrades or incorporating a unique paint scheme.

We strive to have bikes ordered through the bike builder ready in under 2 weeks (subject to availability). If it's anticipated to take longer, we'll notify you promptly.

Custom builds, featuring upgraded finishes or personalized specifications, typically require more time, usually 3-4 weeks. For frames/bikes with paint, we generally allow approximately 60 days from the deposit date.

When your Enigma is complete and ready for handover, we’ll ask you to settle the remaining balance. We accept all major debit and credit cards and work with leading Ride to Work schemes, as outlined below. Please be aware that some schemes may incur a surcharge due to higher commission rates.

To help streamline the process, we kindly ask you to confirm your preferred payment method, including whether you intend to use a Ride to Work scheme, when placing your order. If you plan to pay the full amount through a cycle scheme, your deposit will be refunded once we’ve processed your voucher—typically at the time of handover.
