We view all our riders as individuals and as such all our stock geometries are unisex in design – offering 6 finely tuned stock sizes from 50cm to 60cm. All our models feature size specific tubing which ensures riders across the size range get a consistent ride feel, with optimised stiffness, comfort and weight saving.

Having a frame that fits you perfectly is a critical part of the process. We have over 20 years of bike fitting experience and data to call upon to ensure your riding position is absolute pinpoint. We offer fittings as part of the ordering process. You can book in here for a fitting. No obligation.

Alternatively you can send us any fit data you have or visit one of our dealers

Further information on our sizing and frame geometry can be found here.

Our ‘off the peg’ collection is designed with standard stock sizing and features, limiting our ability to offer custom sizes on these models. However, you can enhance the appearance of your bike by opting for finish upgrades or adding a unique paint scheme.

If you have specific preferences in mind and seek a personalized build, we can certainly offer you that option. Please feel free to get in touch with us for a quote tailored to your desired specifications.

-Your riding style
-Your objectives and targets
-Frame sizing based on fitting data

Precise Understanding:

Once all the information has been collected we will draw up a cad image with your measurements and position for sign off. We will also send over detailed order confirmation which will list out all the parts for your bike build.

Sign off:

Once the order and frame design has been signed off and given the green light we will request a £1000 deposit to reserve a build slot.

If ordering directly through ourselves then we ask for £1000 deposit for a full bike build and £500 for a frame or frameset. Alternatively you can pay in full by ordering online.

Please note, if you’re intending to pay the full amount through a cycle scheme then your deposit will be refunded once we’ve processed your voucher, normally upon handover of your bike or frameset.

If you order a ‘ready to go’ bike then we aim to have it fully assembled inside of 2 weeks (subject to availability).

Custom builds, which include upgraded finishes or personalised specifications will invariably take longer and would normally allow 3-4 weeks.

For frames/bikes with paint we would normally allow approximately 60 days from point of deposit.

Upon completion of the construction of your Enigma and its readiness for handover, we will prompt you for settling the outstanding balance. We gladly accept all major debit/credit cards and collaborate with prominent Ride to Work schemes, as depicted below. It's important to note that, due to elevated commission rates associated with specific schemes, a surcharge may be applicable. Additionally, we extend the option of financing through V12. To streamline the process, we kindly request information about your preferred payment method, be it through a scheme or utilizing our financing option, at the time of placing your order.

Explor

Looking for a bike that's designed to handle all of your adventure riding needs? Look no further than the Explor. Unlike some competitors who use the same geometry for both drop and flat bars, the Explor has a unique geometry that's specifically designed to work with flat bars, resulting in a longer top tube that's perfect for adventure riding.

‘Isn’t that just an MTB?’ we hear you cry! While it may look similar, the Explor has some key differences that make it ideal for adventure riding. For starters, it's equipped with our carbon gravel-specific fork, which saves over a kilogram compared to a typical suspension fork. This not only makes the bike lighter, but also gives it a sleeker and more modern look. It can accommodate a road chainset even with tyre clearance up to a whopping 700x50mm tyre (or 29x2”), which isn't possible on most MTB frames. This means that you can enjoy the benefits of a lightweight bike that's efficient on tarmac, while still being capable off-road. It comes with mounts to take a top tube bag which is a great addition for bikepackers or commuters as it provides accessible storage for snacks, electronics, and repair kits. There are also fittings for fixed mudguards, which is a rare feature in a bike of this type.

So if you're looking for a bike that's built for adventure, consider the Explor. With its unique geometry, carbon gravel-specific fork, and lightweight design, it's the perfect choice for anyone who wants to explore new terrain and push their limits on two wheels
