Every rider is unique, and the Endeavour MK2 is designed to accommodate a wide range of adventures and riding styles. We offer stock geometry in sizes 50cm through to 60cm, ensuring a finely tuned fit for most riders. For those seeking a truly personalised experience, we also offer fully custom geometry for a £300 surcharge, allowing you to tailor every aspect of your frame to your exact specifications.

To maintain the best ride quality across all sizes, the Endeavour features size-specific tubing, ensuring optimal stiffness, compliance, and durability—whether you're riding multi-day endurance routes or tackling rugged off-road terrain. Getting the right fit is crucial, and with over 20 years of bike fitting experience, we’re here to help. We offer bike fittings as part of the ordering process, which you can book here with no obligation.

Alternatively you can send us any fit data you have or if you have a bike that fits you perfectly, let us know and we can go from there.

Further information on our sizing and frame geometry can be found here.

Every Endeavour is crafted to order, allowing for full customization in both geometry and functionality—whether that means specific mounts, tubing adjustments, or drivetrain compatibility. In addition, our award-winning paint team can create a truly one-of-a-kind finish, offering a wide range of custom paint and finishing options.

If you have specific preferences or requirements, we’d love to discuss them with you. Get in touch, and we’ll provide a personalised quote to bring your dream bike to life!

Step 1. Get in touch:

Call, email, or book a visit online by clicking here .

Alternatively, reach out to your local Enigma dealer, who will guide you through the process.

Step 2. Discussion:

To get started, please complete our

This form gathers essential details such as:
-Your personal information (name, address, contact details)
-Riding style
-Bike fit data (if known)
-Objectives and targets

If you don't yet have bike fit data, don’t worry—we can still move forward and gather that information later. Once we have this information, we’ll prepare a CAD drawing of your frame and start discussing your bike’s specifications, including geometry, finish, and components. We will also give you a price based on your preferences.

Step 3. Deposit:

If you're happy to proceed with your order, we will request a deposit of £1000 to confirm your place in the queue and move forward with the build process.

Step 4. Final Sign-Off:

We will send a final copy of your CAD drawing, a mock-up of your finished frame, and our Build Form for your approval. Once signed, your order will proceed directly to the workshop. At this stage, no changes or amendments can be made without incurring additional costs.

We’re currently averaging 60 days from confirmation to handover for raw frames. If you've opted for custom geometry or paint, please allow up to 30 additional days to account for tubing procurement and finishing.

For full bike builds, we’ll be sourcing and preparing components while your frame is in production, ensuring a smooth transition to assembly once it's ready.

Throughout the process, we’ll provide key milestone updates to keep you informed. Please note that custom paintwork may extend the timeline slightly

When your Enigma is complete and ready for handover, we’ll ask you to settle the remaining balance. We accept all major debit and credit cards and work with leading Ride to Work schemes, as outlined below. Please be aware that some schemes may incur a surcharge due to higher commission rates.

To help streamline the process, we kindly ask you to confirm your preferred payment method, including whether you intend to use a Ride to Work scheme, when placing your order. If you plan to pay the full amount through a cycle scheme, your deposit will be refunded once we’ve processed your voucher—typically at the time of handover.

The Inspiration

The Endeavour is Enigma’s bespoke steel adventure frame, handcrafted to order for riders who value durability, comfort, and confidence over long distances. Offered exclusively as a Signature model, it represents a considered approach to adventure riding—where reliability and ride quality matter more than trends.

Built from Reynolds 853 tubing, the Endeavour combines the timeless ride feel of steel with modern performance features. Its stability-focused geometry, generous tyre clearance, and carefully refined detailing make it an ideal platform for loaded riding, extended routes, and demanding terrain.

Recent updates include UDH-compatible dropouts for modern drivetrain compatibility and an engraved stainless-steel bridge that enhances both strength and finish. Each Endeavour frame is built to order, allowing geometry, fittings, and finishes to be tailored precisely to the rider’s needs. Riders seeking a titanium alternative with similar adventure intent may also consider the Explor, while the Endeavour remains the definitive choice for those drawn to the character and resilience of steel.

Our Signature frames are true one-offs—handcrafted to order in Sussex, England.

Built entirely in-house, we have complete control over every stage of production, from expert design and precision frame building to meticulous finishing, painting, and final assembly. Every frame undergoes rigorous quality checks at each step, ensuring it not only meets but surpasses our exacting standards—earning the prestigious Enigma logo.

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, our dedicated team, and the fact that we are one of the few workshops in the world producing truly bespoke, handcrafted titanium frames.

Every frame bearing the Signature logo is a testament to our commitment to world-class British frame building, proudly made in Sussex.

The Details

At its core, the Endeavour is engineered for durability, adaptability, and all-day comfort. The main triangle is constructed from Reynolds 853 tubing, paired with Reynolds 631 stays to balance strength, compliance, and long-distance ride quality.

With tyre clearance up to 50mm, the frame is well suited to mixed terrain and loaded riding. A UDH-compatible dropout ensures drivetrain flexibility and future compatibility, while external cable routing keeps servicing straightforward—particularly valuable when riding far from support.

Designed for fully equipped adventure use, the Endeavour includes mounts for mudguards, a third bottle cage, Di2 compatibility, and TT bag fittings as standard. A 68mm British Standard threaded bottom bracket guarantees long-term reliability and ease of maintenance, reinforcing the frame’s focus on longevity and real-world usability.

Key Features:

Custom Steel Craftsmanship

Handbuilt to order from Reynolds 853 steel, the Endeavour delivers a distinctive blend of strength, comfort, and ride feel, offering the resilience and feedback that only steel can provide on long adventure rides.

Modern Capability for Loaded Riding

With generous tyre clearance up to 50mm, UDH-compatible dropouts, and extensive mounting options, the Endeavour is designed for fully loaded adventure riding across varied terrain without sacrificing stability or control.
