The warranty information stated below explains your rights and privileges as an Enigma owner. This limited warranty is a complete statement of Enigma's obligations. Enigma makes no express or implied warranties including, without limitation, warranty of liability, whether in contact, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the return of the amount of purchase price paid by the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Enigma be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damage to property and other economic loss. Crash replacement * The above warranty applies to Enigma titanium frames for the lifetime of the cycle, redeemable only by the original owner. Any components not produced by Enigma bear their manufacturer's own warranty. Any claims must be directed to the particular manufacturer's customer service department. What is Not Covered? This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or normal maintenance items, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance. How Can You Get Service? Proof of purchase is required to validate protection under the limited warranty. The return of the warranty registration card or register online within 30 days of purchase is a condition precedent to coverage as provided herein.
