Sizing, if you follow the steps below our calculator will work out the best frame size for you.

Step 1- Torso
1 .Be sure to take this measurement standing upright with your feet approximately 6" apart.
This measurement is best taken wearing your cycling shorts.
2. Locate the 'sternal notch' (the V-shaped notch between the collarbones)
3. Measure a vertical line from the base of the sternal notch to the crotch, referenced by placing a book in the crotch and exerting a slight upward force.
4. Repeat the measurements three times for consistency and average the results to get your correct torso length.

Step 2- Arm length
1. Make sure you take this measurement standing upright.
2. With your arm outstretched hold a pencil in your clenched fist.
3. Measure the distance from the centre of the pencil to the inner wall of your armpit, preferably touching your rib cage..
4. Repeat the measurements three times for consistency and average the results to get your correct arm length.

Step 3- Inseam
1. Be sure to take this measurement standing upright on a hard surface in bare feet with your feet 6" apart. This measurement is most comfortably taken while wearing your cycling shorts
2. Measure a vertical line from the underside of your crotch down to the floor. Placing a book or suitable object in the crotch area and exerting a slight upward force will provide proper reference.

Step 4- Hit calculate
1. Now take the three measurements from above and enter them in the correct form field and hit calculate.

Step 5- Top tube and stem length
This measurement includes your top tube and stem, so if for example get a measurement of of say 67cm then you need to take tube measurement away from this, leaving you with a stem length. So with that measurement (67) if you wanted to order an Echo in medium and this has a top tube length of 55cm then you would need a stem length of 12cm.

Step 6- Seat tube size
The seat tube is measured centre to top and with a level top tube. For reference we slope our compact frames back 8cm from level giving you the compact seat tube measurement.

Step 7- handlebar width
Select a bar that is just as wide as your shoulders, measured as the distance between the shoulder joints. If in any doubt it's always better to go a little wider but never narrower.
